The Braun group has been in the Electrical Contracting business since 1945.  John Braun, President, is an Electrical Engineer with 41 years in Commercial, Industrial and Oilfield electrical installations.  Kevin Coghlin, Vice President, also an Electrical Engineer, has over 32 years in Engineering, Design and Construction of all phases of Commercial, Industrial, Oilfield, Substation, Distribution and Power Transmission

What We Do

We are the leading Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor in the Oil & Gas Industry for the San Joaquin valley.  We also provide our services to Pipe Line Transportation Companies, Water Districts, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Agricultural Industries, Utility Companies, Geothermal Power Producers, Mining Operations and Subdivision Developers.  We provide these customers with specialized design-built projects for industrial Facilities, Underground Utilities, Oilfield Facilities, Substations, Distribution, Transmission Lines, High-Voltage Testing and Calibration.  We are capable of handling all your electrical needs from engineering and designing (with the most up to date CAD and GPS systems), to the actual construction of sophisticated electrical installations.  Our Electrical Engineering and Design Department uses the latest Engineering Design Software, Plotter/Scanner and Blue Print equipment to produce complete engineering drawings in-house.
